The Standard Duty Ball range from 1/4" to 3" suction/discharge port size and can handles solids up to 1/2." Their all bolted construction makes the pump durable and high pressure capable. The ball check valves provide powerful, high flow pumping and they have reliable and consistent diaphragm control.

Applications:

Standard Duty Metallic Pumps are ideally suited for intermittent / on-demand, portable, moderately abrasive fluids, and suspended solids. Applications Include: Car Wash Chemicals, Wash Solutions, Dispensing of Pigments/Inks/Paints/Additives/Sanitizers, and Drum Transfer

Materials of Construction:

Standard duty pumps are constructed in Aluminum, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and non-metallic materials such as PTFE, Polypropylene, and PVDF with elastomer TPE (thermal plastic elastomers) and PTFE options in diaphragms and check valves.
